Job Title: Volunteer as an Instructional Fellow with CS4ALL
Job Description:
Are you a high school student looking for a fun and meaningful way to earn volunteer hours? Join CS4ALL as an Instructional Fellow and help teach kids (ages 6–11) the basics of coding using Scratch at the New Haven Free Public Library.
As a fellow, you'll work directly with students by guiding them through projects and making sure they feel confident and excited to learn. You don’t need to be a coding expert, just someone who enjoys working with kids and is willing to learn.
Workshops happen on select weekends or weekday afternoons, and each session lasts 1.5 hours. You'll receive training and support from our team along the way.
If you have experience with Python or creative coding, we definitely encourage you to apply; there’s lots of room to bring your own ideas and energy to the space.
